Does green coffee supplement help reduce blood pressure?

Your regular coffee doesn’t have a title of healthy beverage, but now there is a coffee which is being touted as one of the healthiest drink. Yes, we are here talking about green coffee. It is quite clear now that Green Coffee Pure for weight loss does work. However, there is more to this unroasted coffee extract beyond weight loss. Chlorogenic acid, found in abundance in this coffee extract, has been found to have various health benefits.
Dr. Oz on his show recommended green coffee bean extract as an effective antihypertensive supplement for high blood pressure patients. And, as always he was right. A study conducted by Health Care Products Laboratories Kao Corporation in Tokyo, Japan has found that green coffee bean extract (GCE) reduces blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats and humans.
The researchers conducted a randomized clinical trial in which half of the subjects were given GCE and the rest were given a placebo. After examining the blood pressure, pulse rate and body mass index regularly, study authors found that subjects, who were given GCE, reported decreased blood pressure, while no effect was seen in subjects given placebo.
The study is enough to prove that if men and women, suffering from high blood pressure, buy green coffee products in the UK they can reduce their blood pressure naturally. Along with taking the supplement, eating a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and low-fat can further help keep the blood pressure in normal range. It is already known that hypertensive people should avoid fast food and processed food. Indulging in moderate physical activity like walking and yoga can also be helpful. Although green coffee is beneficial and safe, it is advised that you consult your doctor before taking it if you suffer for any long-standing medical condition. Pregnant and nursing women should avoid taking the supplement.
