For anyone who has been using green coffee extract for losing weight, it is essential to know the ways to keep it at bay. Most people shed pounds in initial days, but fail to maintain the success. Here are some ways that can help you avoid a rebound:

1. Don’t be extreme

Avoid over exercising and starving yourself. If you don’t chalk about a plan that you can stick by for long, you can end up experiencing a rebound. Starvation will actually slow your metabolism and slow down your weight loss process. Instead, schedule 15 minutes of workout during weekdays and 45 minutes on weekends.

4. Maintain your diet

In order to maintain your weight loss, it is essential that you stick to your diet plan. Following your plan for a week and then skipping it for 2 weeks will make you gain back all that you lost. Green coffee is appetite suppressant, but that doesn’t that you can eat large portions rest of the time. Stcik to your plan for longer-term benefits.
